Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

This article is solely from a feminist perspective. The feminist assumption that women know how men think and that men's motives are selfish and flawed is found in every paragraph. This type of feminist rhetoric is combative and fully divisionary pitting women against men. Because division in a company will destroy it, discussions between men and women that have the goal of collaborating toward common company-profitable achievements will ensure company success. Collaborative success is shared by all employees regardless of whether male or female. It is dangerous to believe an author's words before understanding the author's motives.
