Regal Crown Club
Regal Entertainment Group is proud to host one of the industry’s largest loyalty programs. The Regal Crown Club allows frequent customers to earn free popcorn, soda, and even movie tickets! This program also allows REG to form a more personal relationship with customers through email newsletters as well as individual personalized web pages. As long as a customer has a computer, they are a keystroke away from checking their Crown Club point total and receiving studio partnered sweepstakes information, coming soon attractions, and special concession offers.
Corporate Box Office Products
Corporate Box Office products have proved to be another viable way of expanding access to our services. Regal developed a program in which bulk tickets are sold at a discounted price to corporate clients such as large companies looking for employee incentives. What a great reward – a trip to the movies! .

Group Sales/Private Screenings
Group sales and private screenings, Regal’s newest initiative, presents an exciting new customer opportunity. Imagine the excitement of renting a movie theatre – taking that special someone for a Valentine’s Date, or hosting a corporate outing or a family reunion. There are many ways for customers to creatively take advantage of this new opportunity.
Regal MasterCard
Regal Entertainment Group launched the industry’s first co-branded credit card in 2005. Customers earn points for every dollar that they spend on their MasterCard, with even more points rewarded for purchases at Regal Entertainment Group theatres. The more a customer spends, the more reward certificates they receive. The Regal MasterCard has been extremely successful and is another example of how Regal is creating value for its patrons outside the theatre.
Digital and Large Format Films
The moviegoing experience is being transformed these days with the advent of Digital 3-D offering an experience which can not be replicated in the home. As leading filmmakers continue to embrace 3-D, Regal Entertainment Group is increasing the number of theatres where this state-of-the-art technology is available. 3-D can also be offered through the IMAX 3-D Experience® at selected Regal theatres. IMAX® offers a giant screen where breathtaking, larger than life images are projected onto a specially designed screen that stretches beyond the audience’s peripheral view. Recently the blockbuster film Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was showcased in Regal IMAX® Theatres with 20 minutes of 3-D footage for the movie’s explosive finale.
Regal Cinema Art
With the popularity of independent and critically acclaimed films at an all-time high, Regal Entertainment Group has responded to this demand with its Cinema Art brand theatres. In our Cinema Art locations, movies such as Pan’s Labyrinth, Sicko, and Letters from Iwo Jima have a home where film enthusiasts flock to see such creative pieces. The Cinema Art customer is a completely different type of patron and Regal is pleased to have the opportunity to serve this specialized market.
All of our “out-of-the-box-office” programs reinforce one another. Patrons viewing Academy Award nominated films at a Cinema Art theatre receive extra points on their Regal Crown Club card. Regal MasterCard holders are rewarded when using the card at Regal Entertainment Group theatres, including IMAX and Cinema Art locations.
